Party b shall assist the jv company in purchasing the equipment listed in appendix from overseas suppliers and in securing the best commercial terms and conditions for such purchase 甲方应协助合营公司在中国境内外采购原材料和包装物及选择原材料和包装物的供应商，代表合营公司根据产品供应协议有有关规定确定原材料和包装物采购的价格和条款。
